At least 1 year of professional painting experience is strongly preferred. Experience with interior residential or condominium projects is strongly preferred.

Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Employers Options is seeking Painters to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Prepare interior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking areas before painting. Apply primer, paint, and finish coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other interior surfaces. Mix, match, and blend paint colors as needed to achieve desired finish. Use brushes, rollers, or sprayers to apply coatings neatly and evenly. Maintain clean work areas, protect furniture and floors with drop cloths, and ensure job sites are left orderly. Follow company standards for quality and safety at all times. Communicate progress or issues to the project supervisor promptly.
Position Requirements:
Must have your own paint supplies/hand tools (rollers, brushes, etc.). Vaild driver's license. Knowledge of basic painting preparation and application techniques. Ability to work neatly and efficiently in occupied units. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and perform standing, kneeling, or bending tasks. Reliable transportation to Wailea and Makena job sites. Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
