This energetic role involves transforming spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, and commercial projects. As a vital member of our crew, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of painting methods, surface preparation, and finishing to deliver outstanding results that enhance the aesthetics and durability of various structures. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces meticulously through sanding, plastering, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools for efficient coverage Execute residential and commercial painting projects with attention to detail while adhering to safety standards on construction sites Perform restoration work including drywall repair and finishing Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly throughout each project Conduct quality inspections to ensure finishes meet client expectations and industry standards Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting environments with a strong understanding of surface preparation techniques Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems, and spray equipment including airless paint sprayers Familiarity with plastering, caulking, stucco application, masonry work, and renovation procedures Strong understanding of color theory for effective color matching and aesthetic consistency Construction site experience with safety protocols and teamwork skills essential for fast-paced environments Join us in creating beautiful spaces!
