EXPERIENCED

in:

Surface Preparation:

Clean, sand, scrape, and prime surfaces.

Expert Application:

Apply paint and high-end finishes using brushes, rollers, and professional spray equipment.

Finishing Touches:

Perform precise caulking and masking.

Job Site Care:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace out of respect for our customer's homes.

Team Collaboration:

Work efficiently with the crew to meet deadlines without ever compromising on quality. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Proven Experience:

Strong background in custom residential painting (both interior and exterior).

Equipment Mastery:

Proficient in operating, maintaining, and thoroughly cleaning airless spray machines.

Prep Experts:

Skilled in detailed surface preparation and an understanding of various painting techniques and materials.

Professionalism:

Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive team-player attitude.

Logistics:

Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.
