Overview Join a dynamic local construction team as a Residential Painter, specializing in remodeling projects. This energetic role offers the opportunity to transform interior and exterior surfaces, bringing vibrant color and flawless finishes to residential spaces. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stain, and coatings using various techniques including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (conventional and construction spray), and the use of paint sprayers for efficient coverage Use ladders, scaffolding, and power tools safely to reach high or difficult areas while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and respiratory protection protocols Perform surface preparation tasks such as drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and restoration projects to ensure smooth, durable surfaces ready for painting Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate materials and coatings for different surfaces including wood, drywall, concrete, stucco, and masonry structures Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of waste materials and ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order Requirements Proven experience in residential painting with a strong understanding of construction site safety regulations Skilled in surface preparation techniques including drywall finishing, plastering, caulking, and masonry work Proficient with hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including industrial spray painting), brushes, rollers, and other application equipment Commitment to safety protocol adherence including respiratory protection use during spray applications or when working in enclosed spaces Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a visible difference! Pay:
