In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert plastering and painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will help bring visions to life by preparing surfaces meticulously and applying coatings with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that demand attention to detail, safety adherence, and a passion for craftsmanship. Duties Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply plaster and stucco to walls, ceilings, and other structures with skillful use of hand tools and power tools Use paint sprayers, conventional spray equipment, brushes, and rollers to achieve smooth, even coats on various surfaces Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute renovation and remodeling projects Perform construction site surface preparation including caulking, patching, and sealing to ensure long-lasting results Follow safety regulations diligently by using respiratory protection, harnesses, ladders safely, and adhering to all safety protocols during work activities Assist in fixture installation and concrete finishing as needed for comprehensive project completion Requirements Proven experience in construction painting, plastering, renovation, or related fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects Knowledge of color theory and visual color comparison techniques for precise color matching and aesthetic consistency Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers, and scaffolding safely and effectively Familiarity with construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of surface preparation standards for various materials Strong basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Knowledge of safety regulations including respiratory protection use and adherence to safety protocols in industrial or commercial environments Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding project specifications Valid ladder use certification or experience working at heights comfortably Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment!
