Job Description

Painter - Residential & Commercial We are looking for a dependable, hardworking painter to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and brings a positive attitude to every job. What We're Looking For Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds without difficulty Must be physically capable of bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and working on your feet for extended periods Must be comfortable climbing and working from ladders Must be comfortable working at heights and high off the ground Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Good attitude and professional demeanor Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Ability to follow instructions and complete projects efficiently Previous painting experience preferred Job Duties Interior and exterior painting Surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, patching, and caulking Priming and applying paint with brushes, rollers, and sprayers Setting up and safely using ladders and painting equipment Protecting floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas Maintaining a clean and organized work area Completing work with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail General Contracting and extensive repairs not limited to, fence building, addons, new constructions, repairs, limited concrete work, etc. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position . Applicants must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting up to 100 pounds , repeatedly bending and squatting, climbing ladders, reaching overhead, standing for extended periods, and working at elevated heights.
