Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the development, design, and testing of electrical components, equipment, systems, and network that includes facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. A Support 3 requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.

Responsibilities typically include:

Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
