We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable striping, cleaning and coating solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction and excellence. We are looking for an experienced Parking Lot Striping & Coatings Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in commercial parking lot maintenance, striping, surface preparation, and epoxy coatings. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience required Experience with parking lot line striping Experience with shot blasting / surface preparation Strong knowledge of line striping layout and measurements Experience applying epoxy coatings Ability to read and follow layouts, measurements, and job specifications Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a crew Must be willing to work flexible shifts , including day, evening, and night work Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed Job Responsibilities Layout and stripe parking lots according to plans and specifications Operate striping equipment and maintain clean, accurate lines Perform shot blasting and other surface-preparation work Apply epoxy and other protective floor coatings Measure and properly layout parking spaces, ADA markings, arrows, fire lanes, and other pavement markings Prepare job sites and equipment for daily operations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Compensation $20

•25 per hour , depending on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
