In this role, you will be actively involved in the installation of building materials, applying plaster finishes, and assembling scaffolding structures to ensure safe and efficient project progress. Responsibilities Erect, assemble, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely according to project specifications and safety standards. Prepare surfaces and apply plaster finishes with precision, ensuring smooth and durable results. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for material installation, including drywall, fixtures, and other building components. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to follow detailed specifications accurately. Measure dimensions using tape measures, levels, and other tools to ensure proper alignment and fit of materials. Collaborate with team members to execute remodeling projects, gutter installations, tile masonry work, and other building tasks. Conduct inspections of work sites for safety compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to blueprint specifications. Qualifications Proven construction site experience with a focus on plastering, scaffolding, or related trades. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings; ability to interpret construction plans accurately. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding equipment for various tasks. Knowledge of building material installation techniques including drywall, tile masonry, fixtures, caulking, and gutter systems. Experience with construction management principles such as estimating costs and managing project timelines is a plus. Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely using tape measures and levels. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to scaffolding use, ladder safety, and general construction site procedures.
