Job Description
Job Description Sentri Homes is seeking an experienced siding subcontractor to complete residential exterior projects. Work includes installing siding, sheathing, trim, flashing, soffit, fascia, and other exterior building materials. Most materials are provided by the homeowner or company, while the contractor supplies tools, equipment, fasteners, and consumables. We are looking for dependable contractors who take pride in quality workmanship, communicate well, and can complete projects safely and on schedule. Responsibilities Install siding, sheathing, trim, flashing, soffit, and fascia Read and follow project scopes and installation requirements Verify measurements before cutting materials Complete projects according to manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean and safe job site Take before, during, and after photos of each project Communicate progress and report any issues immediately Perform final walkthrough and cleanup Requirements Experience installing vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or engineered wood siding Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate layout work Own truck, tools, ladders, and safety equipment Reliable transportation Clean Up Ability to work independently or with a helper Must provide photos or references from previous work Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
