Full-Time Position Summary Halliday Construction Corp. is seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Masonry Laborer to assist with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, drainage systems, and other landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with landscape construction and masonry or be willing to learn from experienced crew members. This position requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, and outdoor living spaces. Help construct retaining walls, stone walls, stairs, and masonry features. Excavate and prepare job sites using hand tools and equipment. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Assist with grading and site preparation to ensure proper drainage. Operate compactors, cut-off saws, plate tampers, and other construction equipment safely. Install drainage systems, catch basins, dry wells, and underground piping. Mix and place concrete as required. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Follow project plans, specifications, and direction from supervisors. Perform daily equipment and tool maintenance. Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Assist with general landscaping and construction duties as needed. QualificationsRequired Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Experience in landscape construction or masonry. Experience operating skid steers, compact excavators, or other construction equipment. Knowledge of paver installation techniques and retaining wall systems. CDL license a plus. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials. Standing, kneeling, bending, and walking for extended periods. Ability to work on uneven terrain and construction sites. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
