Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pool Liner Installer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be part of a liner install team. Remove old liners carefully, ensuring minimal damage to the surrounding structure. Install new pool liners using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques, ensuring a seamless fit. Apply caulking, plastering, or sealing compounds to prevent leaks and enhance durability. Inspect the installation for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed for a perfect finish. Operate heavy equipment and perform concrete forming or masonry tasks as required during installation processes. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure safety compliance on-site. Qualifications Show up to work every day you were scheduled. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools. Familiarity with construction. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction painting, roofing, framing carpentry, and other trades involved in pool installation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
