Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardscape Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable and aesthetically appealing outdoor hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape elements. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into functional and beautiful environments, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute hardscape installations. Prepare sites by grading, leveling, and setting foundations using hand tools and heavy equipment. Install a variety of hardscape materials such as pavers, stone, concrete, brick, and masonry components with precision. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient installation processes. Coordinate with team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines. Perform finishing tasks including caulking, sealing, joint filling, and surface leveling for a polished look. Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in construction installation, masonry, or landscaping with a focus on hardscape projects. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings related to outdoor construction. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation in outdoor environments. Knowledge of building materials such as concrete forms, stucco, masonry units, glass installation components, and roofing materials. Experience with construction management practices including safety protocol adherence and site supervision. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Strong understanding of construction estimating, inspection processes, and restoration techniques related to hardscape work.
