In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet safety standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, waste disposal, and venting in residential and commercial settings Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute plumbing layouts accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow within plumbing systems Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues and extend system lifespan Follow local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of installation and repair work Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate plumbing installations with carpentry, HVAC systems, and remodeling activities Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while adhering to commercial driving standards Assist with construction site setup, heavy lifting, assembly of piping components, and remodeling projects as needed Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting Familiarity with construction plumbing standards, local building codes, and plumbing inspection cameras Hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment, hand tools, power tools, and HVAC systems is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and system design Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with safety regulations Carpentry or handyman experience is a plus for remodeling or assembly tasks Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, blueprints, water systems maintenance, and construction site safety protocols Join our team as a Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship while working in a lively environment that values your skills!
