We are looking for an experienced Plumber to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to installing pipes (All residential warranty work). A successful plumber must have a thorough knowledge of residential plumbing. They are patient individuals with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. The goal is to install and maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids. The position being offered is strictly commission based, not salary. We like to let our employees be in control of their pay; the more work you put in, the more you get out of it. Pay can be discussed over an interview. Our sales reports are competitive and we often have contests throughout the year for our plumbers. Provided items will be a truck, gas card, and cell phone. Weekends will be required; we have an on-call schedule that you will be in rotation for. Our work is based from home warranties, all of it is residential. License and Certification is not required, but we encourage it.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
  • Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures
  • Collaborate with construction plumbers, carpenters, and other tradespeople to ensure efficient and effective plumbing installations
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
  • Use power tools and hand tools to cut, bend, solder, and thread pipes
  • Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide appropriate solutions
  • Adhere to safety standards and building codes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints for plumbing systems
  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing work
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with plumbing work
