Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Plumber for ongoing commercial construction projects. Our immediate focus is underground utilities and groundwork, we need someone skilled in laying underground lines, reading civil plans, and handling site prep from dig to backfill.

What You'll Do Underground Installation:

Lay, fit, and grade underground water mains, sanitary sewer, storm drains, and gas lines to code.

Groundwork & Prep:

Use site equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators) to dig trenches, bed pipe, backfill, and cover dirt.

Plan Reading & Elevation:

Read civil blueprints, set proper pipe pitch/slope, and verify elevations using laser levels.

Site Safety:

Maintain trench safety, proper shoring, and OSHA compliance on active commercial sites.

What You Bring Experience:

Strong background in commercial plumbing, specifically underground utility rough-ins.

Skills:

Proficient in pipe joining, blueprint reading, and operating standard site equipment for trenching and backfilling.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Pay:

$32.00 per hour
