Residential Construction Installer Finish Carpentry, Plumbing & Electrical

Job Description

Construction Multi-Trade Installer Role Focus:
Kitchen /
Bath Installation, Framing, Finish Plumbing and Electrical, and Finish Carpentry Working Style:
On-site Build exceptional spaces. Work hands-on. Take pride in your craft. Douglah Designs is seeking an experienced Construction Multi-Trade Installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and precision work. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working as part of a skilled crew, executing high-end residential finish work to exacting standards. Are you a skilled, hands-on installer with strong multi-trade experience in finish plumbing, electrical, and carpentry? This role is ideal for an experienced field professional who wants to focus on the craft — installing, building, and finishing — without the burden of supervisory responsibilities. You'll work under the direction of the Foreman/Lead, Project Manager, and Construction Manager, contributing your technical skills to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This position blends technical expertise, attention to detail, and hands-on craftsmanship, with the opportunity to work on high-end residential projects from framing through finish. Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on construction work including finish plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, kitchen/bath installation, framing, and site preparation. Follow daily task assignments from the Foreman, Project Manager, or Construction Manager. Read and work from blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation. Maintain a safe and clean work area, reporting hazards to the Foreman or Construction Manager. Support quality control by ensuring your work meets building codes, project plans, and Douglah Designs' quality standards. Assist with receiving deliveries and preparing materials as directed. Communicate professionally with the Foreman, teammates, and (when needed) clients on-site. Collaborate with other Installers, Helpers, and subcontractors to keep work moving efficiently. Required Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of construction experience with hands-on work in finish plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Skilled in reading blueprints and construction plans. Proficient with a wide range of hand and power tools. Working knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) and building codes. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in physically demanding conditions. Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work hands-on wherever needed.
