Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our property operations and facilities team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working in commercial buildings and be comfortable handling everything from routine plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance to major repairs, underground plumbing, and excavation. This is a hands-on position for someone who can diagnose problems, find solutions, and complete work independently . Responsibilities Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting in commercial buildings. Diagnose and repair water, sewer, drain, and gas plumbing systems. Work on commercial restrooms, sinks, toilets, water heaters, pumps, valves, backflow systems, and other plumbing equipment. Perform drain cleaning, sewer line repairs, and sewer camera inspections. Perform underground plumbing repairs and excavation , including locating, exposing, repairing, and replacing damaged lines. Operate or work around excavation equipment and coordinate with excavation contractors when necessary. Repair and replace domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, and other underground piping systems. Troubleshoot water leaks and perform leak detection when needed. Perform preventive maintenance on commercial plumbing systems. Read and interpret plumbing plans, drawings, and specifications. Respond to plumbing emergencies and urgent building service calls. Work with general contractors, subcontractors, property managers, tenants, and other building personnel. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced. Follow applicable plumbing codes, OSHA requirements, and company safety procedures. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred. Strong experience working in commercial and industrial buildings. Experience with underground plumbing and excavation required. Strong knowledge of commercial domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and gas systems. Experience with pipe repair, replacement, installation, and troubleshooting. Experience with drain cleaning and sewer line repairs. Ability to operate or safely work around excavation equipment. Ability to read plumbing plans and schematics. Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and regulations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift equipment/materials and perform physical work, including working outdoors and in excavated areas. Strong communication and customer-service skills. The right candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of a plumbing problem from diagnosis through completion, including situations that require opening concrete, excavating underground utilities, repairing piping, and restoring the area afterward. The ideal person is dependable, safety-minded, mechanically inclined, resourceful, and able to work independently . Experience in commercial property maintenance, industrial facilities, or building engineering is a strong plus.

Competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
