Responsibilities Assist with installation of residential and multi-family plumbing systems Read and follow basic blueprints and drawings Perform rough-in, trim, and final plumbing tasks under supervision Measure, cut, and assemble pipe, fittings, and fixtures Test systems for leaks and proper operation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Follow company and OSHA safety procedures Load, unload, and stage tools and materials Document work performed as directed by foreman Participate in training and apprenticeship programs Required Skills Basic plumbing installation Reading simple blueprints Use of hand and power tools Pipe measuring and cutting Soldering and basic pipe joining Fixture installation Leak testing procedures Jobsite safety practices Material handling Basic mechanical aptitude
