Minimum $25 - Max dependent on experience Beat the Street Interiors is seeking an experienced RV, motorcoach, or entertainer coach technician to join our growing custom coach team in Winter Garden, Florida. We specialize in the custom build, repair, and maintenance of high-end entertainer coaches used by major touring artists and productions across North America. Our fleet includes Prevost and Van Hool entertainer coaches with luxury interiors, advanced electrical systems, onboard amenities, and custom living spaces. This position is ideal for someone with experience in: RV service and repair Motorcoach maintenance Entertainer coach conversions Luxury bus interiors Mobile RV or coach service Custom vehicle electrical systems Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain entertainer coach and RV systems Troubleshoot 12V, 24V, and 120V electrical systems Service coach HVAC and air conditioning systems Repair plumbing systems, pumps, tanks, toilets, and water systems Install and repair lighting, outlets, appliances, cabinetry, and interior components Perform preventative maintenance on luxury coaches Diagnose faults on Prevost and Van Hool platforms Service inverter, battery, and shore power systems Troubleshoot multiplex systems and onboard electronics Complete accurate repair documentation and communicate with team members effectively Participate in occasional field service when needed Participate in an on-call rotation to support coaches in service when needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in RV, bus, motorcoach, marine, or custom vehicle service Experience with electrical troubleshooting and coach systems Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, generators, and onboard amenities Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and technical manuals Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Preferred Experience Prevost and/or Van Hool coaches Entertainer coach experience Firefly or Spider multiplex systems Victron inverter and battery systems Dometic HVAC systems AV, Wi-Fi, and entertainment systems CDL license or willingness to obtain one Willingness to travel for field service support Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunity for travel and field service work Work on some of the most unique entertainer coaches in the industry Location This is a full-time, in-person position based in Winter Garden, FL Learn more about us at: www.beatthestreet.us
