is a Construction/Plumbing Services company in the Palm Beach and Broward County Area. We are currently looking for more Supervisors, Plumbers in our fast growing company. The Plumbers will install and maintain the plumbing systems for properties. This position must be able to work independently with little to no guidance. All applicants must submit a resume with the copies of all certificates to be immediately considered, maintain a valid Driver's License with clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this classification. It is not necessarily descriptive of any one position in the class. Additional duties may be assigned relevant to the position at the discretion of the West Palm Beach and Boca Raton Area Manager. Installs and repairs pipes, fixtures, valves, and drain lines in buildings Completes daily plumbing work orders Inspects plumbing systems to ensure proper installation and operation Reads plumbing diagrams and blueprints Working with team members Performs other related duties as designed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

For Experienced Plumbers:

High school diploma or equivalent; valid unexpired plumbing license in the state of Florida Knowledge of Florida Plumbing Code is necessary

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

Backflow Certification, Gas Tight and Loc Tight certifications, Brazing Certification, Medical Gas License 6010, OSHA 30, High End New single family homes and remodelling, Commercial Plumbing, Service Call Experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Ability to read blueprints Extensive knowledge of plumbing and piping systems Residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing knowledge Ability to use hand tools and power tools Proficient in the use of plumbing testing and diagnostic equipment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Approachable by customers Neat, courteous, and clean in workmanship General safety knowledge Must be able to lift 56 pounds minimum

Pay Range:

starts from $25 for Helpers (depending of experience) to $28 - $34/per hour for Skilled Plumbers and more fore supervisors, W2 or 1099 basis as well as overtime and weekend available.
