Read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans to execute projects precisely. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete tasks efficiently. Follow all local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during installation and repairs. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures and performing handyman tasks related to plumbing. Collaborate with team members on construction site experience to ensure timely project completion. Maintain detailed records of work performed for each project for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Skills Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of residential and commercial systems. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras. Strong knowledge of local building codes, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing physical demands of the job. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed. Experience with drain cleaning equipment and techniques for effective system maintenance. Familiarity with water systems installation, repair procedures, remodeling projects, and construction site experience. Handyman experience or assembly skills are a plus for versatile project support.
