Quality Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned plumbing and HVAC company. We are proud to have been providing quality, affordable, local service to the families of Indianola and the surrounding areas for over 50 years. We are now hiring a full-time Lead Plumber!

Job Description:

As a licensed Lead Plumber you will be involved in quoting and bidding jobs and directly oversee and be responsible for the completion of residential service plumbing, new construction plumbing and rough-in plumbing jobs. To be successful in this role you will be, reliable, resourceful and able to exercise autonomy in your role.

Responsibilities:

Analyze problems and understand what tools and services are needed for the problem Follow health, safety regulations, and Iowa code Accurately and efficiently complete jobs within reasonable timelines Be self-accountable and autonomous Have knowledge of existing code and procedure to complete residential, commercial, and rough-in plumbing

Qualifications:

Experience in residential service, commercial service, rough in and trim out. Knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field Ability to use plumbing tools Good communication skills Must have a valid
