In this role, you'll be responsible for residential new construction. Duties Install, plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures Operate hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading machines. Interpret blueprints and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts Handle heavy lifting safely during installations Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety protocols during site visits Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in residential new home plumbing and heating Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance in residential settings Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks Familiarity with plumbing blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding local building codes Hands-on experience with remodeling projects or handyman work involving plumbing systems Knowledge of water systems management including troubleshooting leaks, blockages, or system failures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites or during installations

Pay:

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour
