Full-Time About 1-Tom Plumbing 1-Tom Plumbing is a growing plumbing company focused on providing dependable, professional service to homeowners. We are looking for an experienced Residential Plumber & Drain Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and getting the job done right the first time. If you are a skilled plumber who can confidently diagnose residential plumbing problems, perform repairs, and handle drain cleaning and service calls, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Perform drain cleaning, jetting and auger services Diagnose and repair sewer and drain problems Install, repair, and replace water heaters Repair and replace faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and fixtures Repair and replace water supply lines and shut-off valves Repair leaks and damaged plumbing Work on sump pumps and ejector pumps Perform sewer and drain inspections when needed Troubleshoot residential plumbing systems Complete plumbing repairs and installations according to code and company standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain recommended repairs Provide a clean, respectful experience in customers' homes Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment Accurately document work performed and communicate with the office What We're Looking For Residential plumbing experience Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and repair techniques Drain cleaning experience preferred Ability to diagnose problems and determine the proper repair Comfortable working independently in customers' homes Professional appearance and attitude Excellent communication and customer-service skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, basements, and other residential environments What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and ability Consistent residential service work Opportunities for overtime Company-provided vehicle and equipment Professional, supportive work environment Opportunities for advancement Training and continued development A company that values quality workmanship and its employees The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is more than just a plumber.
