Overview We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Master Plumber to join our team in Minnesota. The Master Plumber will be responsible for providing technical expertise, overseeing plumbing work, ensuring compliance with applicable plumbing codes and regulations, and supporting the successful execution of plumbing projects. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable and dependable professional with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with customers, contractors, field personnel, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee and perform plumbing work in accordance with applicable Minnesota plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards. Review plumbing plans, specifications, and project requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to field teams, contractors, and customers. Ensure plumbing installations and related work are completed correctly, safely, and according to project specifications. Inspect completed and ongoing plumbing work to identify potential issues and ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot plumbing systems and recommend effective solutions. Coordinate with contractors, project managers, customers, and other trades as needed. Assist with project planning, material requirements, and technical specifications. Provide technical recommendations regarding Plumbing products, systems, and applications. Support the company in resolving technical questions related to plumbing installations and products. Maintain accurate documentation related to projects, inspections, materials, and field activities. Ensure compliance with safety requirements and applicable regulations. Stay current with changes to Minnesota plumbing codes, standards, and industry practices. Represent the company professionally when working with customers, contractors, inspectors, and other industry professionals. Qualifications Valid Minnesota Master Plumber license required. Proven professional experience in commercial, industrial, or related plumbing applications. Strong knowledge of Minnesota plumbing codes and applicable regulations. Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience supervising plumbers, apprentices, contractors, or field teams. Ability to work effectively with contractors, customers, field teams, and internal staff. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Minnesota as required. English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
