Job Description

Master Plumber Division:
Plumbing and HVAC Services Are you interested in building your own team and process? We are a family owned and orientated general contractor that was established in 1977 primarily focused on a wide variety of residential and light commercial construction projects. We are in search of a Master Plumber who aspires to be a business leader to provide experience and input to make our team even stronger.
Position Description:
The role of the Master Plumber is to be a managing employee that builds a reliable full-service team capable of planning, executing, and finalizing plumbing projects of all sizes. This includes the leadership to develop profitable processes, hire and train the right team, and control the quality to meet code and warranty needs of our clients. Benefits Family-oriented company culture Full field and office support with the ability to participate in hiring process No on-call schedule Tuition assistance Full benefits package (medical, dental, life, disability) Pay scale based on experience with annual profit sharing Life and disability 401K with company contribution Paid holidays and personal time off Qualification Active Minnesota Master Plumber License and be able to register as a responsible individual with the MN Department of Labor within 90 days of hire Active or ability to obtain a Minneapolis/St. Paul license within 90 days of hire +5 years of experience troubleshooting residential plumbing systems Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment Ability to work a full-time schedule (+40 hours/week) Monday through Friday Valid Driver's license with ability to drive company vehicles Leadership Requirements Building and maintaining customer rapport Proper file documentation and communication with invested parties Teach and train Estimators and Project Managers on necessarily needs to complete repairs Provide expertise and recommendations to clients to support fixture selections Build on experience through continued on-the-job and continuing education training for self and team Ability to positively motivate others Perceived as a strong leader by the staff
