Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Clean drains and resolve blockages efficiently with drain cleaning equipment and techniques Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites Perform remodeling tasks and assembly of plumbing fixtures during construction or renovation projects Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations while executing plumbing system maintenance and repairs Heavy lifting of pipes, fixtures, and equipment as needed to complete projects effectively Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and addressing client questions professionally Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation or repair in residential or commercial environments Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Proficient with plumbing inspection cameras, water systems troubleshooting, and drain cleaning tools Familiarity with construction site experience and remodeling projects is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and company vehicles safely Knowledge of local building codes, plumbing standards, and safety protocols Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs Handyman experience or background in construction plumbing enhances your candidacy Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions Join us to bring your expertise to life in a role that values your skills!
