No on-call. No drain calls. Home by 5. Genius Water Co. is a fast-growing water treatment company serving the Triangle and the Wilmington coast. We install whole-house water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units — clean, repeatable install work in garages and crawlspaces with brand-new equipment. No sewage, no 2 AM emergencies, no dispatch board. We're bringing installs in-house, and we're looking for one licensed plumber to be the guy. What you'll do Install water softeners, whole-house filtration, and RO systems (tie-ins at the main, loops, drain lines, bypass valves) Run service and warranty calls on our installed base Help build our install standards and truck stock as we grow — your fingerprints on how this company runs Represent us well in customers' homes (we sell on trust and referrals) Requirements Active NC plumbing license (Plumbing Technician or P-II Contractor) — required Hands-on residential plumbing experience (water treatment experience a plus — we train the product side) Valid driver's license with a clean record (company vehicle provided) Comfortable in crawlspaces, garages, and attics Reliable, presentable, good with homeowners What you get Guaranteed $1,500/week, plus a bonus on every completed install Overtime paid when you work it — your check only goes up from $1,500 Company vehicle for work use Consistent weekday schedule — no nights, no weekends, no on-call rotation Direct line to the owners and a real path to lead installer as we add crews We're a small, hungry team backed by an established home-services operation.
