Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing services across residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards. Your expertise will help us provide reliable water systems, efficient drainage solutions, and top-quality plumbing inspections to our valued customers. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and drain snakes to ensure optimal flow and prevent blockages. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications. Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues related to water pressure, leaks, or faulty components; recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites. Use welding techniques for pipe fabrication or repair when necessary, adhering to safety protocols. Execute pipe threading, assembly, remodeling tasks, and heavy lifting with mechanical knowledge of water systems and construction plumbing standards. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, interpreting technical drawings accurately for precise installation or repairs. Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and inspection reports for quality assurance purposes. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments. Skilled in welding, pipe threading, drain cleaning, and the use of plumbing inspection cameras. Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction site plans. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance including water systems troubleshooting and repairs. Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing practices across different jurisdictions. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as power tools, hand tools, mechanical lifts, and vehicles safely in various settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients regarding work performed or needed improvements. Mechanical aptitude combined with handyman experience in assembly or remodeling projects is highly desirable.
