Plumbing Laborer Responsibilities:

This role involves outdoor exterior plumbing and underground utility work, including new installations and repairs of water, sewer, storm drainage, and underground piping systems Duties include trenching, excavation, general construction, and supporting field crews on local job sites Work is primarily new construction with some repair work Lays various types of pipe to place water lines, sanitary or storm sewers, and drains. Aligns and positions pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing. Inspects, examines, and tests installed systems and pipelines using pressure hydrostatic testing, observation, or other testing methods. Measures and marks pipes for cutting and threading.
