We handle residential and light commercial service plumbing, water heaters, gas lines, repairs, replacements, fixture work, and installations. This is a plumbing service position — not a drain cleaning position. Our company also handles drains, sewers, excavation, and trench-less sewer repairs, but we have dedicated team members and equipment for most of that work. We also have other service technicians, laborers, and helpers on staff, so you are not expected to carry every job alone. You'll Have a Real Team Behind You You will not be sent out as a one-man show with no backup. We have other service technicians on staff, along with laborers and helpers who can support larger or more physical jobs. If you are installing a water heater, handling a bigger repair, or dealing with a job that needs another set of hands, we have help available. We also have dedicated team members, equipment, and processes in place to handle most drain cleaning calls, sewer inspections, excavation, trench-less sewer repairs, pipe bursting, lining, and larger underground repairs in-house. That means you will not be spending your days running drain machines or being treated like the company's drain cleaner. Your main focus will be professional plumbing service work: diagnosing plumbing issues, making repairs, installing fixtures and equipment, communicating with customers, and doing clean, code-compliant work. What You'll Do As a plumbing service technician, you'll handle a variety of residential and light commercial plumbing service work, including: Troubleshooting plumbing issues Fixture repairs and replacements Faucet, toilet, and shower valve repairs Water heater repairs and installations Gas line work Leak repairs Pipe repairs and replacements General plumbing repairs and installations Customer communication and job explanations Completing work cleanly, safely, and professionally Your job is to diagnose plumbing issues, complete quality repairs and installations, communicate clearly with customers, and represent the company professionally.
