Family-owned since 1980 and not private-equity owned, Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing and hiring an experienced residential plumber for sewer, water-service, gas-line, and excavation work. This is a hands-on career for someone who knows underground plumbing, not a drain-cleaning-only role and not an office estimating job. What you'll do Install and repair sewer lines, building drains, and water services Complete residential gas-line, fixture, and plumbing-system work Work safely and correctly in trenches, tight spaces, and active residential properties Operate or support excavation equipment when qualified Protect the customer's home and yard and leave the jobsite clean Document work accurately and communicate clearly with customers and the office What you must bring At least 3 years of residential plumbing experience Documented sewer or underground plumbing experience beyond drain cleaning Ability to work safely in trenches and tight spaces A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements Dependability, professional communication, and pride in workmanship Especially valuable Mini excavator or skid-steer experience Sewer camera, line locating, hydro-jetting, or backflow experience Service Titan experience Compensation and benefits $25 to $38 per hour, based on directly relevant experience Up to 10% commission on eligible work Company truck and fuel card Tools provided Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance, plus HSA 401(k) with 3% company match On-site fitness facility Paid time off and holidays Paid training, tuition reimbursement, employee referral program, and bereavement leave Why Wahl?
