This full time role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to work effectively on service and installation calls to our commercial and residential customer base. We are looking for someone with enough experince to be dispactched in their own van to service calls. Duties Perform estimating to assess project costs and resource requirements. Execute plumbing tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. Utilize copper welding techniques for metal fabrication and repairs as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently on job sites. Conduct field service operations, addressing issues in real-time at various locations. Engage in pipe threading for plumbing installations and repairs. Apply basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Handle heavy lifting as required during the execution of duties. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites and vehicles. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Qualifications Plumbers License or Journeyman License Proven experience in plumbing industry, with a strong background in plumbing Familiarity with HVAC is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with commercial site operations and safety protocols. Previous experience in field service roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. A valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory. Clean driving record
