Lead Plumber - Service & Renovation Primary responsibilities

• Perform the duties necessary for all phases of home improvement and remodeling in the plumbing trade in an organized and professional manner
• Inspect customers' plumbing systems
• Document existing plumbing system and work performed
• Offer preventative maintenance service agreements
• Perform plumbing service or installations as necessary
• Communicate with the project managers, operations manager, dispatcher, and plumbing leads
• Turn all paperwork into the administrative office in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• The qualified employee will have the proven ability to provide exemplary communication skills and ability to explain, clearly and professionally, the services and options to customers and co-workers of various knowledge levels
• Strong ethics, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile to provide exemplary service are essential
• Possess excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and while maintaining adherence to project deadlines
• Ability to utilize blueprints and construction drawings
