Job Description
Job Summary Eager Plumbing is an established, family-owned plumbing company proudly serving the Texas Hill Country for over 30 years. We focus on quality craftsmanship, honest work, and treating our crew like family. We are seeking dependable, skilled Tradesman, Journeyman and Master Plumbers to lead and execute plumbing installations for high-end residential new construction projects across Kerrville and surrounding areas.
What We Offer Competitive Pay DOE Consistent Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM (no routine weekend or late-night on-call shifts)

Direct communication with ownership, organized job sites, and a positive team culture Key Responsibilities Install complete rough-in and trim-out plumbing systems for custom residential new construction Read and interpret architectural blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Install DWV piping, water distribution lines (PEX, copper, CPVC), gas piping, and water heaters Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, and other trades on job sites Ensure all installations comply with current local, state, and IPC/UPC plumbing codes Direct and mentor apprentice plumbers on proper installation techniques and safety standards Conduct standard pressure and leak tests prior to municipal inspections
Qualifications License:
Current Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license (Required)
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential rough-in and new construction plumbing
Driver's License:
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
Skills:
Strong blueprint reading, problem-solving, and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
