Requirements:

Must have proven experience of at least 2 years in the service plumbing field and a valid plumbing and driver's license. Experience with warranty companies recommended. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction tools safely and effectively Perform tasks such as fixture replacement or reconfiguration of existing plumbing layouts Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to complete job assignments efficiently Maintain detailed service reports, work logs, and documentation of all completed work for customer records Skills Strong background in residential service plumbing - minimum 2 years required Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting purposes Valid driver's license for travel between job sites is required Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail

Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour. Responsibilities include repairing pipes, tanks, and water fixtures, unclogging toilets and drains, and handling various residential service plumbing requirements. You should also be able to diagnose problems, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with other contractors when required.
