Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety standards. Your expertise will help keep water systems functioning efficiently, support remodeling projects, and provide exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs. Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras to complete installations and inspections efficiently. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to ensure optimal flow and prevent blockages. Perform plumbing system maintenance and repairs while adhering to safety protocols and local building codes. Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects, assembly tasks, and site preparation activities. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to various job sites while maintaining safety standards. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in commercial environments. Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, welding, and assembly. Experience with residential plumbing as well as commercial plumbing systems is preferred. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and heavy lifting equipment safely. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to plumbing installation and repair. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues. Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support.
