Job Description

National Water Services, LLC (NWS) is a growing water infrastructure contractor specializing in water well drilling, well rehabilitation, pump installation and service, and related construction services. Our teams work on municipal, industrial, and commercial water systems throughout our service area, combining experienced field personnel with specialized equipment and technical expertise. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for Pump repair, installation and troubleshooting Responsible for traveling to worksites Job preparation including assembling parts, supplies and materials Maintaining a safe working environment Responsible for maintaining and repairing company issued equipment Responsible for well rehabilitation efforts using chemicals and mechanical means Administrative work including reports, driving logs, timesheets Position Qualifications Requirements/Preferences Have 1-3 years of previous pump installation and repair experience as a Helper or Pump Installer preferred but will train Have working understanding of pumps, motors, wells, electricity, controls, piping, rigging, and well rehabilitation tools preferred Must be extremely safety conscious and understand hazards and dangers associated with the job High School Diploma Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain company equipment including pump rig, service truck, welder, generator, hand tools, power tools, grinders, drills, chain wrenches and come-along Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to problem-solve when faced with obstacles Ability to promote additional company offered services Ability to train new employees Valid state CDL Class A preferred Must be able to stand and walk for major portion of shift Must be able to lift and move 100 lbs Requires working in varied environmental conditions including exposure to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals as well as risk of electrical shock utilizing proper PPE Ability and willingness to work in high, precarious places
