Job Summary:

The Field Technician will assist with installation, operation, and removal of sewer bypass pumping systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Install, operate, and remove sewer bypass pumping systems. Safely load and unload equipment and materials onto trucks and trailers and transport to site. Safely operate hand and power tools, pumps, and fusion machines. Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, skid steers, mini excavators, etc. Assist in maintaining orderliness of project site and/or shop and yard. Effective communication with co-workers, supervisor, and management. Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Legal to work in US. Pass required drug/alcohol and background screens. High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in related field. Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Percent of Travel Required - 75-90%, with occasional extended hours or weekends required. Preferred Experience /

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sewer bypass pumping, water/wastewater systems, HDPE pipe fusion, centrifugal pump operation, and CDL Class A or B.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and stand. Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds. Must be able to load, unload, and move large equipment and tools. Continuous walking, stair climbing, and lifting. Full range of physical motions associated with general labor work. Continual exposure to all outdoor weather conditions (extreme heat and cold); exposure to noise and fumes from motorized equipment.

Compensation:

Title and/or salary may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
