Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rigger/Tent Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely installing and rigging tents, structures, and related equipment for a variety of events. technical interpretation will ensure that each setup is secure, compliant with safety standards, and visually impressive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects while honing your skills in rigging, construction, and customer service. This job will work various event setups between Sacramento, Ca and the Bay Area as a 1099 worker. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute precise installations Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction materials handling techniques to complete setups Conduct safety inspections throughout the installation process to adhere to safety protocols and prevent accidents Perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining efficiency and safety standards Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of fencing, hardscape, concrete finishing, and other building material installations Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs during setup and ensuring satisfaction with the finished product Skills Experience in Tension Frame Tent Tentnology type tents Safely assemble and install tents, stage structures, and rigging components according to construction plans and technical drawings Marquee High Peek Style Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction site safety protocols Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during outdoor work projects Familiarity with construction material handling including fencing, hardscape elements, concrete finishing, and building material installation Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients Prior experience in construction site work or event rigging is highly preferred Commitment to safety protocol adherence at all times during installation activitiesJoin our team to be part of a vibrant environment where your skills make a real impact!
