We are looking for an experienced Lift Operator / Cutter Foreman to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of professional cutting and rigging experience who is ready to take a leadership role and help set the standard for the crew around them. Compensation $30.00-$35.00 per hour to start , depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for advancement, bonuses, and increased compensation as you prove yourself. 2011 55-Ton Crane 2022 72' Spider Lift 2025 89' Spider Lift 2023 & 2024 Avant 528 Wheel Loaders 2022 Bandit SG-75 Stump Grinder 2021 40-Yard Grapple Truck 2017 and newer, well-maintained work trucks Mobile enclosed trailer workshop Professional-grade saws, rigging, and job-specific equipment Company-provided PPE A constantly growing fleet with continued investment in quality equipment What We're Looking ForNon-Negotiable Requirements 25 years of age or older Minimum 5 years of professional cutting and rigging experience Proven experience operating a spider lift / man lift Strong knowledge of cutting, rigging, and safe work practices Clean driving record Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Plant City Ability to safely drive and be responsible for the travel of a truck and trailer Drug-free Safety-minded and committed to doing the job correctly Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Excellent attitude Team player Ability to lead and direct a crew Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Willingness to take responsibility and ownership of the job Crane removal experience is a plus, but not required.
