In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship, precise installation, and efficient project management. Your expertise will help clients achieve their vision while ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of all remodeling endeavors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, utilizing your broad skill set in construction and remodeling. Duties Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling projects. Perform building material installation including flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and drywall finishing. Conduct window installation, door hanging, roofing repairs, stucco application, and masonry work with precision. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively on-site. Manage hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor hardscape features. Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project specifications are met on time and within budget. Skills Extensive experience in construction management, estimating, inspection, and site supervision. Proficiency with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation. Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, framing carpentry, plastering, caulking, restoration, and general building construction. Strong knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Ability to operate various tools including hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized fabrication equipment. Outdoor work experience with a focus on hardscaping projects and outdoor remodeling tasks. Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to construction site operations and equipment use.
