Pacific Exterminator is looking for a skilled Rodent Exclusion / Construction Technician to join our growing team. This isn't your typical pest control route position. We're looking for someone with construction or handyman skills who can inspect structures, identify how rodents are getting inside, and professionally repair and seal those entry points. What You'll Do Perform rodent exclusion work on residential and commercial properties Locate rodent entry points and structural deficiencies Seal openings around roofs, foundations, vents, plumbing, doors, and other areas Install screens, door sweeps, flashing, hardware cloth, and exclusion materials Perform minor construction and structural repairs Work in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and other difficult-access areas Install and maintain rodent trapping systems when necessary Document findings and completed repairs Communicate professionally with customers

We're Looking For Someone With Experience In:

Construction Carpentry Handyman work Roofing Rodent exclusion Attic and crawlspace work Structural repairs Pest control experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right construction-minded candidate. You should be dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working independently, and take pride in clean, professional workmanship. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
