In this role, you will operate soft washing equipment and roofing hand and power tools to perform our soft wash and roof roof repair services, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain soft washing and roofing equipment safely and efficiently across multiple job sites Inspect surfaces prior to cleaning to determine the appropriate materials and cleaning techniques Remove dirt, pollen, mold, moss, algae, lychen and other buildup from roof surfaces Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with environmental regulations Prepare work sites by protecting surrounding areas and ensuring proper disposal of wastewater and debris Conduct routine equipment inspections, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic repairs as needed Qualifications Prior roofing experience with asphalt shingles, mod-bit/hot/torch and concrete tile are required Prior experience operating pressure/soft wash equipment or similar power cleaning equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures and environmental standards Ability to work outdoors and on rooftops in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels.
