Overview We are seeking skilled and trained roofers to join our dynamic roofing team! We are searching for individuals that qualify as Skilled and Trained Roofers . Applicants that are currently registered as union apprentices OR are skilled journeypersons who have graduated from the apprenticeship or have equivalent experience. As a roofer, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Install, repair, and maintain a variety of roofing systems including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile laying Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure precise execution of roofing projects Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install roofing materials Implement safety protocols such as the use of construction safety harnesses, proper ladder use, and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while managing materials and equipment on outdoor construction sites Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing projects; familiarity with TPO, PVC, EPDM or modified bitumen. Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings or blueprints Hands-on experience with construction site safety regulations and the proper use of safety harnesses and ladders Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment for roofing and remodeling tasks Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions on active construction sites Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of safety protocol adherence Previous involvement in siding installation, tile laying, stucco application or related remodeling work is a plus Join us if you're ready to bring your expertise in roofing and construction to life! $36.39 - $57.19 per hour
