JOURNEYMAN ROOFERS - DORITY ROOFING & SOLAR

$32 to $38 per hour. Full time, year round. Monterey Peninsula. The work We want dependable, artisan-type roofers with real experience in slate, clay and concrete tile, wood shake, copper, standing seam metal, composition, and waterproofing. Most of what we install is custom residential across Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Monterey, and Pacific Grove. What you can expect from us You get paid weekly and on time, with full workers comp behind you. The work runs through the year, with a two-week break at Christmas and New Year. Some of our guys take a week or two during the year to visit family in Mexico, and we work that out ahead of time. Your pay rate is based on the quality of your work. If you care about your work and take pride in it, you will make more money here. Who we are looking for Roofers with years of installation experience, ideally including tile and slate. If you have run a crew as a foreman, tell us. We would rather have four men who know what they are doing than ten who need somebody watching them. You do not need a resume but you must be able to speak about your work experience. Our office speaks English and most of our crew speaks Spanish.
