Position Summary The Roofing & Exteriors Division is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and support roofing, siding, waterproofing, and exterior construction projects throughout Colorado's Front Range. The Field Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily field activities, supporting production crews and subcontractors, monitoring jobsite quality and safety, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule. This is a hands-on supervisory position. The Field Supervisor must be willing to perform installation, repair, cleanup, and other fieldwork alongside production crews when needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable making field-level decisions, and able to communicate clearly with project managers, employees, subcontractors, customers, and other project partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily roofing, siding, waterproofing, and exterior construction activities Communicate regularly with the assigned Project Manager regarding schedules, materials, manpower, jobsite conditions, and project progress Create and carry out daily work plans in coordination with an off-site Project Manager Direct and support employees, production crews, and subcontractors in the field Monitor workmanship to ensure work complies with project specifications, manufacturer requirements, applicable codes, and Aslan's quality standards Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites Identify field issues, develop practical solutions, and promptly communicate concerns that may affect safety, quality, cost, or schedule Document jobsite progress, completed work, deficiencies, and other relevant conditions Verify that required materials, tools, and equipment are available for scheduled work Perform roofing, siding, waterproofing, repair, cleanup, and other hands-on construction work when needed Assist with smaller projects and production work when supervisory demands are limited Clean leaves, construction debris, and other materials from roofs, gutters, and work areas Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other construction equipment safely Maintain professional communication with customers, employees, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners Travel between assigned jobsites throughout the workday Perform other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications At least two years of relevant construction experience Experience using common hand tools and power tools General understanding of construction methods and jobsite operations Strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities Ability to organize work, prioritize responsibilities, and support multiple projects Ability to create and execute a field plan in consultation with an off-site Project Manager Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability and willingness to lead others in a fast-paced production environment Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities Willingness to learn commercial and residential roofing, siding, waterproofing, installation, and repair methods Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Reliable personal vehicle for business travel Alignment with Aslan Corporation's core values Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with roofing, siding, waterproofing, or exterior construction Previous experience leading employees, production crews, or subcontractors Familiarity with waterproofing systems and installation methods Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills Physical and Work Requirements Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to work safely on roofs with varying slopes and at elevated heights Ability to climb and work from tall ladders Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and perform physical construction work for extended periods Ability to lift and carry construction materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to wear required personal protective equipment Ability to drive between jobsites and work at multiple locations throughout Colorado's Front Range Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Schedule and Overtime This is a full-time, hourly, nonexempt position. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, although start and end times may vary based on project needs, weather, travel, and jobsite schedules. This position will frequently require more than 40 hours of work per week. The employee is eligible for overtime compensation at one and one-half times the employee's regular rate of pay, in accordance with Colorado and federal law. All hours worked must be accurately recorded. Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend work may be required based on project needs. Compensation and Benefits $30.00-$32.00 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications Overtime compensation at one and one-half times the employee's regular rate of pay, as required by law Performance-based bonus opportunities Mileage reimbursement for authorized business travel using the employee's personal vehicle Employer contribution toward employee health insurance Company-paid life insurance Paid holidays Paid time off Paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado law Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Mileage reimbursement applies to authorized business travel, including travel between assigned jobsites during the workday. Mileage is not reimbursed for the employee's ordinary commute from home to the first assigned work location or from the final assigned work location home.
