M&M Excavating LLC Location:

Canaan, CT M&M Excavating LLC is a busy, family-owned excavation company looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. We take pride in delivering quality work and are looking for someone who can work independently, operate equipment safely, and complete projects efficiently. Responsibilities Operate excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Complete residential excavation projects with minimal supervision. Read site conditions and perform work to meet project specifications. Perform site work including grading, trenching, drainage, septic installations, and utility work. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Work with customers and coworkers in a professional manner. Assist with labor tasks when needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of equipment operating experience required. Proven experience operating excavators and skid steers. Ability to complete projects independently from start to finish. Knowledge of residential site work, grading, drainage, and utility installation. Valid driver's license required. CDL preferred. Strong work ethic, dependable, and attention to detail.
