This position pays $15.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on your work ethic and experiance. Additionally a $5.00 per hour per diem is given for hours worked out of town ONLY. Our crew stay in an air bnb most of the time with each person having their own room. Occassionly we get a hotel room. We're looking to hire immideatley.

Basic Job Description:

Perform tasks related to construction of screen and aluminum projects at various locations both commercial and residential. Responsible for operating hand and small power tools of all types. May clean and prepare job sites including debris removal and disposal. May work with adhesives, various types of bonding agents, and cleaners. Will load and unload work vehicles to prepare job materials. Will keep an accurate inventory of truck and trailer items. Be responsible for knowledge and accuracy of details pertaining to the job site (ie measurements, building sketches, permit postings.) NO SMOKING or

VAPING ALLOWED!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move and carry up to 100lbs
• Operate hand and power tools of all types
• Be comfortable working in high areas off the ground and above water
• Be able to work 8-10 hours daily, in all types of weather conditions
• Be able to climb a ladder and walk boards with a max combined (Maximum clothed weight of 200lbs + 50lb equipment) sustaining weight of 250lbs.
• Be able to bend, lift, move, and climb without limitation
• Work with adhesives, paints, glues, and various cleaning agents
• Work with a great attitude and have the ability to work with others including clients
• Be able to work independently
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Have a clean driving record for 3 consecutive years (if going to be driving the work trucks)
• Pass a prescreen drug test
• Pass a background check including criminal history without any theft, or drug related charges (in the last 5 years).
• Dress in an appropriate manor acceptable for current weather conditions
• Be dependable, reliable
• Arrive on time daily and be ready to start upon arrival
• Bring drinks and nourishment to sustain the day and weather conditions
